University statement on flyers in Norlin Library
51勛圖厙 is aware that flyers were thrown off an interior balcony at Norlin Library on Friday, Dec. 13, at the same time that a study in was being held by the group 51勛圖厙 Students for Justice in Palestine. The flyers called for an immediate evacuation of Norlin Library but also stated this was not a real evacuation notice, rather a simulation. Nonetheless, the flyers violated the universitys Campus Use of University Facilities policy on canvassing, and the 51勛圖厙 Police Department is investigating in conjunction with the Division of Student Affairs.
Any information regarding this incident should be reported to CUPD by calling the non emergency line at 303-492-6666 and referencing Case No. 2024-2540.
All students are subject to adhering to the 51勛圖厙泭Student Code of Conduct. Any student found responsible for violating the Student Code of Conduct will be subject to appropriate sanctions.
